The Process
Submit Your Interest – Fill out the form below to get started.
Send Photos – Once I receive your form, I’ll send a guide for submitting high-quality photos that will capture your pet’s personality. Note: The higher the quality of the reference photos, the more detailed and accurate your portrait will be. Good lighting and clear, high-resolution images make a big difference. If you don’t have ideal photos of a pet who has passed, that’s okay—we’ll work together to find the best way to honor them.
Sketch & Planning – I create a composition sketch to ensure proportions and layout are to your liking.
Payment- Once I have created a composition sketch that you like, I will send you payment instructions. I will begin creating the portrait once I have complete payment.
Portrait Creation – The pastel portrait is carefully built in layers, bringing color, texture, and personality to life.
Finishing & Shipping – The artwork is shipped safely to your door, along with instructions for how to care for your pastel artwork.
Turnaround Time: Typically 2–3 weeks
Refund/cancellation policy: Once I receive photos and send you a composition sketch to your liking, I will send directions for payment through my website. After payment is completed, I will begin creating your pet portrait. Because time is reserved in my schedule and materials are purchased specifically for each piece, all sales are final once payment has been made, and I am unable to offer refunds. However, if I am unable to complete your portrait due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
